First off if this is in the wrong section please move.

The situation is this. I have a TM M16A2 and I want to upgrade it but am not sure where to begin. I would like to improve its range and accuracy. ROF does not matter much and I am happy with it currently.
Also I am looking to put about $100 give or take into this gun.

Thanks,

Honeslty, until you have a reason to upgrade your weapon, like an event, it's really not worth it.  I have a few stock TM guns that have lasted for years, but once you start messing with the internals, durability/reliabilty suffers.

$100 bucks will easily buy you parts like springs, hopups, inner barels, etc.  But installing them is another thing you'll want to take into account. (i.e. whether you do it yourself or pay someone to do it)

On a stock TM M16 type probably the single best upgrade to get is a single piece metal hopup like this

You'll either need to heavily modify your stock TM Plastic Body or Upgrade the body to a Metal one.  If you go the metal body route, that'll put you way over the $100.00 mark.

Try a new bucking, or just pick up an H nub or SCS nub. Heavier bbs will also help with accuracy and range. If your using .2s, try .25s. and If you still have some money left over you can try for a new barrel. I hear the Madbull V2 barrels are pretty good and they're pretty cheap.
